Core Enterprises developed and planned The Village at Whitehall from the ground up on a rural parcel of land in Whitehall, PA. The 55+ active adult community consists of 162 luxury apartments spread across four buildings. We collaborated with architects to design eight distinct apartment models which were delivered full turnkey with all finishes and appliances, along with fully furnished and decorated common areas. We also developed all roads, driveways, concrete sidewalks with Belgian block curbing and landscaping. Community amenities included in construction were an outdoor pool and clubhouse complete with fitness center, state of the art theater and whirlpool spa.
