Core Enterprise completed a full 1,282 sf (+/-) turnkey for T-Mobile at Tilghman Square Shopping Center in Allentown, PA. We designed and constructed the entire interior with custom millwork and new restrooms, lighting, ceilings, paint and carpeting or sealed concrete flooring in select areas. We also built the outparcel where the storefront is located from the ground up with new sidewalks and utilities including electric, sewer and gas. Core Enterprises previously renovated Tilghman Square Shopping Center and continues to provide property management and maintenance services to the 35.75 acre power shopping center.
