RVPC Building 2

  • PROPERTY   Raritan Valley Professional Center
  • LOCATION   Raritan, NJ
  • USE   Office/Medical

Core Enterprises fully renovated Building 2, a 17,000 sf (+/-) building that was original to Raritan Valley Professional Center. Once owned by the late New Jersey Senator, Joseph S. Frelinghuysen Sr., it is the site where President Warren G. Harding signed the Knox-Porter Resolution in 1921, effectively ending the United States’ involvement in World War I. We completely rebuilt and redesigned Building 2 from the bottom up. We installed new bathrooms, LED lighting, high-end fixtures and finishes, windows, roofing and HVAC systems, yet maintained the integrity of the structure’s original character and style. Exterior site improvements included LED lighting, signage, curbing, a parking lot and sidewalk. We continue to provide property management and maintenance services to this three building, 82,000 sf (+/-) office and medical complex.
