Core Enterprises developed Readington Commons, located in Readington, NJ, from the ground-up on an undeveloped parcel of land. Construction included 6 campus style buildings totaling 55,800 sf (+/-) of office and medical space. Core developed the road through the complex along with a parking lot of 294 spaces, parking lot light posts and sidewalks with Belgium block curbs. Additional aesthetic work included landscaping and signage. Readington Commons offers built-to-suit offices and Core continues to perform tenant fit-outs and maintains and manages the property.
