Core Enterprises developed Montgomery Professional Center, located in Skillman, NJ, from the ground up on an undeveloped parcel of land. Construction included a six building 30,000 sf (+/-) office and medical complex situated on 20 acres. Core developed the road through the complex along with a parking lot of 210 spaces, parking lot light posts and sidewalks with Belgium block curbs. Additional aesthetic work included landscaping and signage. Montgomery Professional Center offers built-to-suit offices and Core continues to perform tenant fit-outs and maintains and manages the property.
