Core Enterprises completed a full interior renovation for Gabe's, a 55,695 sf (+/-) discount fashion retailer in Fairless Hills, PA. Renovations included a new ceiling, light fixtures, HVAC, windows and flooring. We provided construction and contracting for the entire project. Gabe's is part of Fairless Hills Towne Center, a 300,000 sf (+/-) grocery-anchored retail shopping center where Core Enterprises provides property management and maintenance.
