Core Enterprises developed and planned Delaware Crossing from the ground up on a rural parcel of land in Lopatcong, NJ. The 55+ active adult community consists of 158 single-family attached patio homes. We collaborated with architects to design eight ranch-style and two-story home models which were delivered full turnkey with all finishes and appliances. We also developed all roads, driveways, concrete sidewalks with Belgian block curbing, walking/bike paths and landscaping. Community amenities included in construction were a clubhouse complete with fitness center, sauna and whirlpool, outdoor heated pool and tennis and bocce ball courts.
