Core Enterprises developed and planned Belview Estates from the ground up on rural land in Lopatcong, NJ. The community consists of 35 single-family luxury estate homes on two to seven acre lots. We collaborated with architects to design nine distinct home models ranging from 2,864 sf (+/-) to 3,642 sf (+/-) with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and two to three car garages. Each home is delivered full turnkey with finishes and appliances. We also developed all roads, concrete sidewalks with Belgian block curbing and driveways.
