When the Advanced Heart and Vascular Institute of Hunterdon opened their new state of the art cardiovascular care center, they contacted Core Enterprises for a full turnkey design-build. The 2,360 sf (+/-) medical facility is now equipped with medical grade wiring, energy efficient LED center basket lighting and occupancy sensors. The entire space received new walls, waterproof vinyl plank flooring, doors and millwork. We provide property management and maintenance to Raritan Commons, the 67,040 sf (+/-) two-story office and medical building in Flemington, NJ where the facility is located.
