Core Enterprises, the in-house real estate services division of Larken Associates, has broken ground on The Enclave at Copper Chase, a brand-new construction project located on the site of The Reserve at Copper Chase at 3145 Honey Run Drive in York, PA. The Enclave at Copper Chase will be made up of 107 residential units and a brand-new clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center. As an additional component of the second phase of construction, Core Enterprises will also be renovating the existing on-site pool and lounge as well as replacing roofing and making general exterior repairs to the 132 residential apartments in The Reserve at Copper Chase community.
Acquired by Larken Associates in 2019, The Reserve at Copper Chase is a 132-unit multifamily complex spread across nearly 30 acres located just outside of downtown York, PA. With the construction of The Enclave at Copper Chase, Core Enterprises will enhance the existing community through the addition of 107 garage-style apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments that include private entrances and modern fixtures. The new clubhouse and gym will include a wraparound covered porch, kitchen, pet salon, parcel concierge, an entertainment and game room with a fireplace, as well as a state of the art fitness center.

The project marks the latest expansion of Larken Associates’ York County portfolio. Recently, the company acquired The View at Mackenzi, a 224-unit apartment rental community located at 2035 Patriot Street in York, PA. With the completion of The Enclave at Copper Chase, Core Enterprises will have nearly 500 units under management in York County alone.
