Core Enterprises has begun renovations at the new Suite Life at Amwell Mall at 450 Amwell Road in Hillsborough, NJ, attracting Central New Jersey freelance and contract workers with the most convenient co-working space in the local area.

Core Enterprises was contracted to renovate Amwell Mall, a 41,000 square foot development with first-floor retail and second-floor medical/office space. Improvements include new landscaping and paving, a complete façade renovation, new monument sign, new tenant signage and new décor in common hallways, entryways and bathrooms.  All units have been or will be renovated as they become vacant.

Included in the renovations was the conversion of 4,000 square feet of second floor office space into Suite Life at Amwell Mall, a modern office concept with 11 fully furnished executive suites, shared coworking space, a business lounge/kitchenette and state of the art conference room. Core Enterprises has been contracted to construct a similar product at Readington Commons in Readington, NJ.
